I really like this rod and can't wait to get more! The picture they put on it for my charter business really looks great!
I put the 7'0" Tide Series in action in Myrtle Grove, Louisiana yesterday. Used dead shrimp for a redfish limit biggest being 25 inches. Also caught six trout in the 14-15" range. They only have to be 13" in Louisiana and 15 trout limit. This rod is light and strong. I have ordered a HP Slam 6'6" cork split grip back in October through Chags Fish and Archery and still waiting for it. I'm hoping to get it soon. 7'0" Waterloo Tide Series baitcasting.
Bought two of the Tide Series MH 7’ spinning rods to try out with my customers. I love them! No problem reeling in those big fish! Going to order three more for my collection!

Caught this big girl on using voodoo shrimp 2 inch chartreuse variety under a 4horsemen cork. Tide series 7ft med heavy moderate and shimano slx dc. In all honesty the tide series is the lightest of all the models and I own 2 salinity rods.

The VERY second that I pulled it out of the tube/box, I knew it was extremely light weight and the balance was exactly what I was wanting. This is 100% a South Texas Gulf of America rod. 7’6” MH fast action takes care of all inshore species. I’m putting a 2500 series reel on it with 15-20 lb braid and a 20-30 lb mono leader. This thing can throw soft plastics AND live bait. This rod is a steal And a WIN/WIN for Texas gulf fishing.
