I know both the 6.3:1 and the 8.2:1 and both have held up for the 2 yrs I have used them on the Texas coast. Casting in easy to adjust when switching from soft plastics to small top waters and smooth retrieval with either. Great reel and matched with a HP Lite or Salty Mag they are even better.
